  1. Charlotte in Wonderland

    As you may have read from my earlier post – My baby is one year old! I guess this makes her a toddler now, but I’m going to keep calling her my baby for a little while longer. Like, until she starts kindergarten.

    Charlotte’s Alice in Wonderland party was awesome! She had a great time, and I think our guests had a nice time too. My mom says that it’s a good thing that I’m off summers and Charlotte’s birthday is in August – because I planned this party like it was my J-O-B! Thanks so much to our guests – especially those that helped set up (Hi, Kerri and Eric!) and those who helped clean up when the rain started!! Luckily, the rain held off until the evening – and the temperature was actually reasonable!

  2. “Wonder”ful Party Hats

    Charlotte is turning one in a month (WOW, right?!), and the theme for her birthday party is “Alice in Wonderland.” I’m so excited about this. I have several fun do it yourself projects planned, and I plan on sharing them with you. So, stay tuned for some fun party crafts!

    To start us off, what’s a party without some great party hats? We will have two different kinds, in case some of the manly men aren’t into mini hats. The first hat is based on a video on this website. It’s about halfway down, under the title “How to Make a Mini Top Hat Video.”
